If you are our first time customer please register on our website. After you have made your USA based purchases, fill in our shipment order form.

Once your package is in our warehouse, we will calculate transport costs based on the weight and measurements of your parcel and will e-mail you an invoice with payment options.

WE WILL DELIVER YOUR SHOPPING ORDER WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS.

Shipments are usually delivered within 7 business days after we receive payment. You can check the status of your order in our tracking system.

If a parcel’s value is more than 45 EUR, it can be held by the Customs Office in a country of destination.

ShipTu packages are automatically insured for loss or damage of 150 USD of shipped goods value.

Additional insurance cost is 1 USD for each 100 USD of shipped goods value, to maximum 550 USD. To insure more valuable parcels please contact us directly.
